He was predeceased by: his stepson Scott. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Rogers; his stepchildren, Carrie, Craig, Mark (Cheri) and Stacey; and his grandson Chris (Brynn). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
