She is survived by: her sons, Stanley and Andrew Adams (Barbara); her daughter-in-law Heather Adams; and her grandchildren, Kelton and Aria Adams.

Combining her love of teaching with her love of gardening, she and her students would create bags of potpourri, creams, and body lotions to be sold once per year, donating all the proceeds to charity.
