He was predeceased by: his parents, Esperanza Ortega Costello and Jose Maria Jimenez; his wife Carolyn Pitzak; and his siblings, Richard Costello, Andrew and Dina.
He is survived by: his children, Chrystal and Jason Jimenez; his grandchild Luna Jimenez; and his pet Luna Jimenez.
