He is survived by: his sons, Steven Ashby Decker (Stephanie), Spencer Cullimore Decker (Melissa) and James Franklin Decker (Theresa); his wife Anne; his grandchildren, David Ashby, Daniel Krieder and Dessa Kathryn; his sister Marjorie Decker Horton (Duane); and his in-laws, LeJeune Decker and Kathleen Wallace. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
