It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvon Kent (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on July 4, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. For Arvon is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Arlo Kent and May Phillips Brehmer; his wife Bonnie Kay Meisner; his daughter Alison; his stepfather Mel; his siblings, Devere and Myrna; and his son-in-law Robert.

He is survived by : his daughters, Tambra Nelson (Mark), Nanette Johnson (John), Julianna Behunin (Ben) and Amy Patterson (late Robert). He is also survived by grandchildren, and seventeen (17) great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Bennion Fifth Ward (6100 Kamas Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bennion 5th Ward Chapel (6100 South Kamas Drive, Taylorsville, Utah 84129).
