He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Hafen; his brother Theodore "Ted"; his sons, Kelly, Troy, Tyler, Kristian, Spencer and Raphael; his grandchildren, Katelynn, Alex, Skyler, Breanna, Gabrielle and Lis; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Nova, Boyd and Rooster.
