He is survived by: his parents, Tamera Weis (Tammy) and Victor Schmith; his wife Tiffany Paletta; his children, Charles Paletta, Dakota Caldwell and Kaylee Caldwell; his brother Joey; his children, Adrianne Schmith and Ayden Schmith (Tiffany Paletta); his siblings, Joshua Schmith (LeiAnn), Angela Schmith, Bruce Schmith (Lexie), Marianne Allen (Chance), Benjamin Schmith, Bella Schmith and Victor Schmith II (Joey); his grandfather Leonard Schaefer (Sharon); his granddaughters, Everleigh and Anastasia; and also, Charles Paletta, Dakota Caldwell and Kaylee Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
