She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude C. Ivy Sr. and Marine Elaine Smith Ivy; her son Eric; her husband Rick; her siblings, Claude Ivy Jr. and Diane Lesnick; her brother-in-law Craig Chartier; and her father-in-law John Wesley Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Brian, Michelle of Salina, Alicia of Salina, Angela Cooper of Price, Rodger Brazell of Salina and Blu Beckstead of Salina; her sister Valieda Chartier of Salina; her mother-in-law Eilene Cooper of Spring Creek, Nevada; and her brothers, Ron (Pam Cooper), Gary (Bonnie Cooper) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Woody Cooper (Cindy) of Grand Junction, Colorado and Jim Forness of Spring Creek, Nevada.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
