He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmore Ivie and Georgetta Ivie; his wife Jerri Ivie; his nephews, Russell Allen and Robert Johnson; and his niece Callie Mathews.
He is survived by: his former wife Joni Swan; his stepchildren, Laura, Blaine, George, Cena, Melina, Charles and Teri; his children, Jeremy Ivie, Angie Ivie, Robyn Davis and Darin Ivie; his siblings, Jessie Johnson, Letha Hyde, Linda Reynolds, Joetta Mathews, Donna Stewart, Bonnie Andreasen, Lee Ivie and Kayleen Jeppesen; and also, Laura Hales, Blaine Chappell, George Chappell, Cena Rasmussen, Melina Huntsman, Charles Chappell and Teri Hart. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
