She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Leith Martin and Grace Leda Chidester; her husband Earl John Steiger; her brother Kent Jay Martin; her son Steve Jay Steiger; and her grandsons, Joshua Ferrin Steiger and Dannon Scott Steiger.
She is survived by: her children, Brent Steiger (Stephanie) of Salina, Sondra Black (John) of Delta, Ferrin Steiger (Joy) of Vernal and Preston Steiger (Mary) of Tucson; and her sisters, Viola Gay Stocks of Mesquite and Patricia Ann Anderson of Orem. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-granddaughters.
