He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Harrison (Kelly) of Magna, Jimmy Blackburn of Moab, Paul Fallon (Layne) of Salina' Kimberley and Bud Fallon (Ashley) of Illinois; and his siblings, Russ Swasey (Dixie) of Ferron, Rodger, Kathy, Lesley Wareham of Colorado, Wally Wareham, Bonnie and Sue. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
