He is survived by: his former spouse Dana Lynn Olsen; his father Dee Wayne Jolley of Salina; his daughter Heather Jolley of Salina; his grandchildren, Ashley, Donevyn, Karly and Shawntel; his brother David W. (Jodi Jolley); and his aunts and uncles, Marilyn (Deloy Schaugaard), Bartley Christensen (late Alexa) of Richfield, Larae (Dennis Hicks) and Sandra (Gary Henson).
