She was predeceased by: her parents, Louisa Viola Stone and Walter Clare Card; her husband Leo R Loya; and her sons-in-law, Ted Buckland and Bill Speaks.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Buckland, Carolyn Fountaine (Paul), Alyn Loya (Pam), Tracy Speaks and Chris Loya (Maria); and her siblings, Gary Card (Joan) and Karma Childs (Doug). She is also survived by 17 grandkids, 35 great grandkids.
