He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Frederick Curtis Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Carlene Jewel Hancock Curtis; and his siblings, Melonie Curtis of Arizona, Boyd Curtis of Utah, Mechel Wall, Clark Curtis, Kent Curtis of Utah, Eva Grace of Hawaii, Marie Farr and Marium Curtis Seidel.
Unfortunately, Covid destroyed that for him.
