He was predeceased by: his uncle Jack Bingham. He is survived by: his friend Michael; his mother Michael Jeremy Nye; his niece Sophia Jane Nye; and also, Ava Jane Nye (Celaya), Sarah Jane Nye, Anna Elizabeth Nye and Jacob Thomas Nye. He is also survived by son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend, passed away in his home in Salem, Utah, on April 13, 2018, where he lived with his parents and siblings.
