Phillips; his parents, Iris Patterson Phillips and Victor Lamar Phillips; his children, Codey Phillips (Brooke), Ashley Atwood (Treavor), Jamey Norris (Zane) and Casey Phillips; his siblings, Vicky Oberg (Gary), Debbie Daley (Tom) and David Phillips; his parents-in-law, Rowane Marks and Earl Dean Marks; and his sister Sandy Phillips Cherrington. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren.
