He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence James Booth and Louisa Bama Mallette; and his brother Harold Booth. He is survived by: his children, Jan Hansen (Don) of Stillwater, Rahn Booth of Salem and David Booth (Carolyn) of American Fork; and his brothers, Frank Booth (Barbara) of Newark, LeRoy Booth of Cleveland and Truman Booth (Audrey) of Albany, Louisiana. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
