He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Kay Simmonds; his wife Debbie Carrick; his children, Brian (Dara), Chris (Lindsay), James (Christina), Casey (Brett Wilson), Jason (Larissa) and Bryson (Brielle); his parents, Ron Carrick and Linda Carrick; and his siblings, Cyd (Kris Cary), Ben (Elinor), Sam (Shellee) and Dan (Kristalee). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
