He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Lewis and Georgia Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Connie M Paskett (Paskett) of Salem, UT.; his sons, Kenneth (Deb) of San Antonio, TX, Bruce (Kim) of Salem, UT, Brent (Malynda) of Santaquin, UT and Kevin of Spanish Fork, UT.; and his siblings, Cheri Johnson (Larry) of Green River, WY, Mary Grubbs (Monroe) of Green River, WY and James Lewis of Springville, UT.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
