He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Wayne Gates (Judy), Wesley Johnson and Lisa Orr (Terrance); and his sisters, Connie Saunders (Dale), LaVonna Partridge (David) and Betty Benson (Lynn). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
