She is survived by: her husband Dale N Curtis; her children, Cassidy Mason (Rhett), Ari Rowland (Andy), Hayden Curtis and Ethan Curtis; her grandchildren, Leo, Van, Alivia, Ava, Alyse and Amelia; her mother Beverly Joyce Bradley; her brothers, Bodie (Pam) and Clint Bradley of Payson, Utah; and her father-in-law Ted Curtis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
