She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Overton and Ivy Overton. She is survived by: her husband Pieter Johannes Wiersma; her children, Juliet May Wiersma Pedersen, Johanna Marie Wiersma Gillett and Philip John Wiersma; her grandchildren, Jessika Ashley Rietveld Thurnher, Noah Calvin Gillett, Kaiden Philip Thomas Wiersma, Bailey Madison Gillett and Haley Ivy Ann Wiersma; her children-in-law, Mark Gillett and Melanie Ferrell; her grandson-in-law Ian Clark Thurnher; and her close friend Diane Marcy.
