He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blackburn Olsen and DoraFaye Lewis; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his siblings, Faye, Daniel and Diane; his wife Jana; and his children, Janene, Rick, Tina, Toni and Tami. He is also survived by his 5 children (their spouses), 21 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, many extended family members, friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Dixie Drive LDS Church (82 N Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84770). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the LDS Chapel (100 N St, St. George, UT 84770). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 1075 E 4580 S, Millcreek, UT 84117.
