He is survived by: his wife Elda Anne Leavitt Millett; and his children, Matthew Millett (Lori), Tracy Cottle, Gregg Millett (Sandra), Joseph S. Millett (Mickey) and Rebecca Farnham (Edward). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
