She was predeceased by: her parents, Geert Klasens and Cornelia Cornelissen; her former husband John Dorenbosch (Jan); her children, Andrew Dorenbosch and Anne Marie Dorenbosch Grenier; her husband Earl Abney; her daughter-in-law Sheryl; her siblings-in-law, Ans and Rien; and her brother Nico Klasens.
She is survived by: her children, Neal Dorenbosch (Sheryl), Matthew Dorenbosch (Angie), Paula Davis (Bill) and Gerald Dorenbosch; her son-in-law Dean Grenier (Anne); her siblings, Henk Klasens (Sophie), Anneke Klasens (Rien), Corrie Klasens and Gerry Klasens (Jannie); and her sister-in-law Ria Klasens (Nico). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Dixie Downs LDS Chapel (1184 N Dixie Downs Rd, St. George, UT 84770). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the St. George City Cemetery (650 E Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770).
