She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Lewis Welch; and her siblings, Gae Welch Asay, Carol Welch Baston, Robert Godfrey Welch, James Lewis McDermott (Clara McDermott) and Emily Welch Tebbs Reiman.
She is survived by: her children, Garry Welch Brown, Kerry Brown Edmonds, Julie Brown Phillips, Debbie Brown Legge, Charles Welch Brown and Heather Brown; and her grandchildren, Angela Yauman Brown Reed and Chantel Yauman Brown Petersen.
