With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Verl Anderson of Saint George, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Scott Verl Anderson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Anderson and Verlene Anderson; and his brothers, Butch and Don Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Merrilee Anderson of St. George, Utah; his children, Josh Anderson (Natalie) of Ardmore, OK, Matthew Anderson (Chelsey) of Oklahoma City, OK and Angela Anderson of Oklahoma City; his stepchildren, Natalie Nelson, Ivan and Violet Wahl; his grandchildren, Taylor, Justin, Kaylie and Maverick Anderson; his stepgranddaughters, Sheali and Brienna Nelson; and his brothers, Lynn and Jerry Anderson.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Chapel (3922 S Pioneer Rd, St. George, UT 84790). That April Scott and Merrilee were married at Calvary Chapel St. George during Covid and live streamed the ceremony for loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at http://www.pancan.org.
