He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bartlett and Mary Comfort Bartlett (Carver); and his sisters, Marian, Evelyn and Norma.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Jean Fuller of St. George, UT; and also, Roger (Machell), Allen (Kristina), Lisa (Jasher) and Dan (Shallyn). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
