With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy Boyd Dowdell of Saint George, Utah, who passed away on November 22, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Arlen and Juanita Madsen Dowdell; and his brother Robert Arlen Dowdell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cowley; his son Jeffery Dowdell; his siblings, Lynn Stott, Melvin Blake Palfreyman of Magna, UTT and Richard Earl Palfreyman of Hurricane, UT; his half-brother Jeff Sheridan (Georgia); and his daughter Ashley Ferris of Roy, UT. He is also survived by three grandsons.
