He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Halford and Tempest Virginia Letters (Smith); his wife Arlene A Letters (Dillin); his siblings, Frank Gardner Letters and Grace Virginia Marcy (Letters); his nephew Frank Gilbert Letters; and his stepson Duane Robert Wilkey.
He is survived by: his sons, William Halford Letters of Whiting Vermont, Frank Gardner Letters (Heather) of St. George Utah and David Brandon Letters; and his stepchildren, Cynthia Marie Banks Wilkey (Duane) of Hurricane Utah, Gregory Alan Banks (Jennifer) of Newnan Georgia and Janice Renee Banks. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
