He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Wayne Hermansen and Mary Eleen Hansen; and his sister Myrna Hermansen (late Danny Robb). He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Thacker; his son Daniel Wayne Hermansen (Kimberly Schoney); his grandchildren, Scotlynd Grace and Westley Brooks; his children, Clark Thomas, Stella Mae, Makenna, Elise and Chloe; and his siblings, Renon Hermansen (late Kelly Wood), Terry Hermansen (Nancy Sutherland), Janette Hermansen (Dan Adams), Linda Hermansen (Kent Woodruff) and Douglas Hermansen (Tami Condie).
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cedar City 4th Ward LDS Chapel (500 W 400 N, Cedar City, UT 84721). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
