He was predeceased by: his father Marvin A. Rupp; his sons, Norman Alan and James Adam; his mother Vera Rupp; his granddaughter Hether Cosgrove; and his brothers, Clarence, Danny, Grant, Dale and Darell.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Lee Peterson; his children, Cheri Randall, Kip Rupp (Linda), Roger Rupp (Katrina), Linda Rupp, Stephanie Voran (Jeff), Tim Taysom and Jeff Taysom (Renee); and his siblings, Carol Rupp Whitworth and J. Blaine Rupp. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
