It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Proctor (Saint George, Utah), born in Panguitch, Utah, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Sarge" Proctor and Ramona Proctor; his wife Pat; his siblings, Valerie Pearson and Kim Proctor; and his siblings-in-law, Lucy Isom, Judi Minniear, Gerold Witters, Jack Isom, Ned Leavitt, Bobby Sorden and Rodney Pearson.
He is survived by: his sister Shanna Witters; his children, Teresa Jervis (Richard) and Robert Proctor (Dee); his siblings-in-law, Bill, Janet Strickland, Charles "Chuck" Minniear, Charlene Leavitt and Mary Sorden; and his granddaughter Faith Proctor.
