Mary left this world on June 12, 2024 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Edwards Lyons and Ilene Betts Lyons; her husband Ronald W. Mortensen; and her children, Rayde Warren (Patti), Dallas Ilene (Richard), Ronald George (Tammy) and Kerry Lee (Susan). She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.
She also took weekly lessons and practiced the organ daily for many years in St. George and even donated an organ to the Care Center so she could provide lessons for other residents.
