She is survived by: her husband William A Burtenshaw of St. George, UT; her sister Velma Jenkins of Challis, ID; and her children, Alan Burtenshaw (Amy) of Gilbert, AZ, Ben Burtenshaw of Safford, AZ, Deborah Allen (Alvin) of McCammon, ID, Craig Burtenshaw (Shawna) of Mackay, ID and Jeff Burtenshaw (Holly) of Herriman, UT.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren.
