He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Joseph and Judith Elizabeth Vargo Putich; and his sister Michelle. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean McCulley; his children, Anthony (Nicole), Nathan (Krissia), Matthew (Ashlee) and Amy Mendes (Israel); and his siblings, Donna Ferguson, Michael, Timothy and Richard. He is also survived by grandchildren.
