He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean McCulley; his children, Anthony (Nicole), Nathan (Krissia), Matthew (Ashlee) and Amy Mendes (Israel); and his siblings, Donna Ferguson, Michael, Timothy and Richard. He is also survived by grandchildren.
