He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; and his parents, Charles Clyde Pulsipher and Melba Eilleen Ottley Pulsipher. He is survived by: his children, Jim Pulsipher (Sue), Mike Pulsipher (Peggy), Lori Russell (Tucker), Caryn Maynes (Scott) and John Pulsipher (Jennifer). He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1712 S Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91205).
