He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Duane Blake and Darlene Turner Blake; and his son-in-law Jordan Goudy. He is survived by: his wife Janean Mower; his children, Clinton Blake (Toby), Lynette MacDonald (Rory), Darla Hockett (Vic) and Marylynn Goudy; and his siblings, Stan Blake (Allyson), Kelly Blake (Deanna), Nancy Gubler (Brent) and Mary Ann Denos (Rick). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
