He is survived by: his wife Fern Ann Cottam; his child Kami (Phil Clark); his grandchild Tylia (Chris Genovese) of Las Vegas, NV; his great grandchild Lacie (Jake Clark) of Airway Heights, WA; his siblings, Kay Borrowman of London, UK, Kathy VanGilder, TeRia Glauser, Brent Goodwin of Santa Clara, UT and Chris Goodwin of Santa Clara, UT; and also, Kayla St (Kenny Adamson), Jodi Goodwin of Vernal, UT, Carson Goodwin (Evie), Greg Goodwin and Melinda (Randy Rumsey).
