Kathleen Covington Tobler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen Covington Tobler (Saint George, Utah), born in Cedar City, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Ross Covington and Cleora LeBaron Covington; and her daughter Hilary. She is survived by: her children, Rachelle Staheli (Matt), Christy Jenkins (Justin), Carie Homer (Chris), Cicely Stuart (Adam) and Matthew (Annie); and her siblings, Marsha Wells (Gary), Kelly Covington (Margene), David Covington (Parlena), Vance Covington (Connie), Lonnie Covington (Sue) and Susan Lamoreaux (Brent). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
She taught at both Santa Clara Elementary and Bloomington Elementary, but her favorite teaching assignment was "Grammy-garten" for 2 of her Kindergarten-aged granddaughters during Covid.
