He is survived by: his parents, Dave Macfarlane and Julie Macfarlane; his child Avery Veon; his wife Kristin Macfarlane; his children, Davin Hansgen, Ayden Macfarlane and Camden Macfarlane; his parents-in-law, Darell, Kathy Porterfield and Gerald Shumway; and his sisters, Crystal Picklesimer, Michelle Kelly and Nikki Batista. He is also survived by one niece and eleven nephews.
