He is survived by: his wife Ingrid; his children, Kathryn Dame Bennion (Stan), Carol Dame Freebairn (Dana), Christopher Dame (Allison), Gregory Dame (Virginia) and Matthew Dame (Gabi); and his stepchildren, Melanie Guzman Wakefield, Leah Guzman Carroll, Monica Guzman, Lisa Rohovit Young (Stacy) and John Rohovit (Rachael). He is also survived by 22 grand children and 2 great grandchildren.
