He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Whipple and Alice Bradford Titus Whipple; his brother-in-law Roger Anderson; his parents-in-law, Earl and Lola Tobler; and his brother-in-law Emerson McOmber.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his children, Shelly (Todd Pryor), Darrick (Karen Whipple), Jason (Malinda Whipple), Jeff (Stephanie Whipple), Adam (Nicole Whipple) and Cortney (Steve Garrett); and his sister Carol Ann Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Humanitarian Aid Fund.
