She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Jewell; and her brother Charles Jewell. She is survived by: her mother Opal Jewell (Brumley); her husband Michael Hicks of Kanab, Utah; her siblings, Opal Bond, Sharon Zimmerman (Mark), Shelly Radke (Bill), Gary Jewell (Violet), Dennis Jewell Jr. (Denny) and Donald Jewell; her stepdaughter Amanda Erspamer (Aaron); and her grandchildren, Hannah and Jacob. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help pay for funeral expenses.
