He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Shurtleff Budge and Rulon Rushton Budge; his sister Joyce; his son Scott; and his granddaughter Zoe.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth McBride; his children, Leslie (Dave) and David (Nicole); and his siblings, Marilyn and Steven. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humanitarian Aid Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
