She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Elwood Hoopes and Zoreatha Hall; her siblings, Nelda Orilla, Nina Joy, Bonny Gay, Douglas Kay Hoopes and Norvan La Grande Hoopes; her former husband James "Bill" Stephens; her daughters-in-law, Magali Proenza and Julia Stephens; and her granddaughter Krista Stephens.
She is survived by: her sisters, Shay Miller and Chloe Fullton; and her sons, Kyle Stephens (Jessie Stephens), Kayle Stephens (Lynette Stephens), Krayton "Craig" Stephens (Chris Doss) and Kordell Stephens (Lori Stephens). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
