We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, at the age of 86, Gary Dexter Bassett Penney in Saint George, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Prudence Brainard Penney; and his children, Robb Penney (Susan), Polly Barbe (Phil), Scott Penney (Lillian) and Peggy Armour (Scott). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
