She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus LeRoy and Mary Catherine Neff; and her siblings, Don Neff, Jean Hansen, Connie Vale, Joan Dalton, Gwen Burns and Jay Neff.
She is survived by: her former spouse W. S. "Bill" Harper; and her children, Clark Neff Harper, William Scott Harper, Jody Lawman and Debbie Corona. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 34 great-great-grandchildren.
