She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Russell and Nola Russell; her husband George R. Cushing; her daughter Deborah; and her siblings, Judy and Kenny.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Rogers, Ronald Jennings, Cynthia Gailey (Brent) and Richard Cushing (Karen); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Rogers (Lisa), Lisa Huguet, Amanda Gailey, Jason Gailey, Isabella Langdon, Michael Lappalainen, Korrine Heffron (Brandon) and Matthew Lappalainen (Giovanna).
The family has set up an account with the State Bank of Southern Utah for donations to help offset some of the funeral costs in lieu of flowers. There are several ways to donate, take funds directly to the bank, VENMO, and ApplePay.
