He is survived by: his wife Julia Francis (Robinson); his children, Donald Francis (Andrea), Laura Norton (Allen), Thomas Francis (Kelli) and Rachel Jones (Nick); and his brothers, William, Walter (Sue), Robert (Sawa) and Edward. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84770).
